You
may not realize it, but you are already here. Nomadsland is an Independent
State of Mind, existing as all states do: within the imagination. It has no
borders and encompasses the entire world as a network of diverse people and
language.
A citizen of Nomadsland tries to understand what it means to become a Nomad by learning the history, values, and rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Nomads enjoy many universal rights, including the right to have or abstain from religion, the right to free expression and communication, and the right to participate fully in the locale in which one resides. These are only a few of the rights enjoyed by Nomads.
Nomads must be willing to think globally and act locally. As a network not bound by immaterial borders or boundaries, Nomadsland is made strong by a group of individuals acting within local towns, cities and villages, the actions of many made possible by the simple actions of one.
As a newly founded state, Nomadsland is about becoming and evolving. It is what its citizens make it-a true example of open source, defined by the people, but based on a few founding principles set forth to guide and direct.
